All content on AbokiForex - including exchange rates, technical signals, market analysis, economic calendar data, and any other materials - is provided solely for informational and educational purposes. Nothing on this website constitutes:

• Financial advice, investment advice, or trading recommendations
• A solicitation or offer to buy or sell any currency, commodity, or financial instrument
• A guarantee, warranty, or representation regarding the accuracy of any data displayed

3. No Guarantee of Accuracy

Exchange rate data is sourced from third-party providers and may not reflect rates available at your bank, bureau de change, or the official Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) window. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any data, analysis, or signal displayed on the Service. Rates may differ between the official CBN rate, the I&E (investors & Exporters) window, and the parallel market. Always verify rates with your financial institution before executing any transaction.

4. Risk Acknowledgment

Foreign exchange, commodity, and derivative trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You may lose more than your initial capital. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions made by you and for any resulting profits or losses.
